Bardstown Country Club is the only 36 hole country club in the state of Kentucky and includes both Maywood and Woodlawn Springs. Both Courses feature bentgrass greens and newly developed Riviera bermudagrass fairways. Maywood is a great test for any golfer. It is currently ranked the 4th most difficult course in the Louisville Area by Business First Magazine. The Course measures more than 7200 yards from the championship tees, but there are five sets of tees so that everyone can enjoy their round. All of the golf carts are equipped with the Prolink GPS system to measure the distance to the flagstick, which helps in keeping a good pace of play on the course. Maywood has been host to tournaments including:
- The 2004 Kentucky Section PGA Championship
- The 2005 U.S. Open Local Qualifier
- The 2006 Kentucky Senior Open
- The 2007 Kentucky Open Qualifier
- The 2007 Kentucky Senior Amateur Championship
- The 2008 KGA-PGA Challenge Cup
- The 2008 U.S. Amateur Qualifier
- The 2008 Fred Allen Two-Man Championship
Woodlawn Springs Course is now open Tuesday-Sunday. Spring rates are in effect through April! Come out and get a head start on the 2008 Season. Rates are $20 weekday and $30 weekend at the Woodlawn Springs Course and $30 weekday, $40 weekend at the Maywood Course. Full Season Rates begin on May 1st. Woodlawn Springs Course will be $28 weekdays and $38 weekends. Maywood Course will be $38 weekdays and $48 weekends. Senior Rates are available at both courses Monday-Thursday before 11:00 a.m. Twilight Rates ($10 Discount) are available after 3:00 p.m.
